At Denver College of Nursing, we believe good nurses are the future of quality healthcare. That’s why we strive to achieve excellence in healthcare education every day. We know our students can make a difference in others’ lives while in school by participating in SNA, community service, service –learning and GHP, as well as after graduation—and for years to come. The road to success begins with a quality education facilitated by dedicated professionals. Denver College of Nursing is a private college focused solely on the art and science of nursing. Undistracted by other disciplines or areas of inquiry, we’re able to focus all of our resources and attention on the important task at hand: Preparing students to work as nursing professionals.
Denver College of Nursing offers a brick-and-mortar campus in the heart of the vibrant lower-downtown district known as LoDo. Our Mile High City campus is a short walk from historic Union Station and Larimer Square, and convenient to light rail transportation. For added convenience, we also offer distance education programs for post-licensure students.
Whether you attend our physical campus for our pre-licensure programs, or earn your education virtually as a post-licensure student, rest assured that nursing is all we do at Denver College of Nursing. Know that every student you meet on campus will share your primary goal: To become an excellent nursing professional.
Colorado State Board of Nursing (CBON)
The CBON has granted Full Approval for both the ADN and BSN programs. Approval allows graduates to apply to take the licensing exam (NCLEX-RN®) required for professional practice.
